When you send the project form we collect the data you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, the description of your project, and any files you upload. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

We use this data to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal for the project you describe. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Processing is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For the technical logs, the basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

Enquiry data is kept for 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. If a project goes ahead, the records of that engagement are kept for as long as tax and commercial law require.

We use Supabase to store form submissions and files, Resend to send email, and Vercel to host the site. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements, and where data leaves the EEA it is protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You can ask for access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to pol@sartoriasette.com and we will answer within a month.

If you believe we have mishandled your data you can complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at aepd.es.
